 The Always Sunny in Philadelphia star plays The Fool, aka Latte Pronto, a man who was confined to a mental health facility after losing his understanding of the world and, in turn, the ability to speak. He is later let go of the facility, even though he needs help, when a doctor says the state won't pay for his care: "We're going to put his ass on the first bus downtown." Shortly after being released, Ray Liotta sees Day wandering around town, picks him up and takes him to a film set to finish filming scenes for a western's lead (also played by Day) because he is too drunk to film. and he refuses to leave his trailer.
