 The “Lighthouse” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home” star stars in the upcoming Focus Features film “Inside,” directed by Vasilis Katsoupis (“My Friend Larry Gus”). “Inside” tells the story of Nemo (Dafoe), an art thief trapped in a New York penthouse after his heist doesn't go as planned. Locked inside with nothing but priceless works of art, he must use all of his cunning and invention to survive. Gene Bervoets, Eliza Stuyck and Josia Krug also star, but "Inside" is billed primarily as a standalone feature directed by Dafoe. The film is written by Ben Hopkins and produced by Giorgos Karnavas, Marcos Kantis and Dries Phlypo. Karnavas production company Heretic recently financed the Palme d'Or winner Triangle of Sadness.
