At first glance, acclaimed documentary filmmaker Eugene Jarecki is the perfect person to tell the complex story of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. He has also tackled profound political debates with titles like Freakonomics, (T)error, as well as his compelling analysis of the ramifications of Eisenhower’s farewell address in Why We Fight.
