Neighborhood Watch 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

Honestly, Neighborhood Watch's premise is quite intriguing, especially when combined with the cast assembled to bring that story to life. A young schizophrenic witnesses the horrific kidnapping of a young woman and decides to follow his intuition. When the police don't believe him, he turns to his neighbor, a curmudgeonly former head of campus security, who he believes still has some cop in him, for help.  The latter is rather jarring at first, but the film follows them as they try to solve the crime while forging an unlikely bond. Well, at least that's what the screenwriter seems to think: that two men with the same interests—in this case, solving crimes in the neighborhood—are unlikely to form a bond.  Director: Duncan Skiles Writer: Sean Farley Stars: Jack Quaid, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Malin Akerman I understand the skepticism, because in real life, I guess a person like Simon would never get close to a guy like Ed, even if it was his only option... Or maybe he just would....
