Be Happy, directed by Remo D'Souza, revolves around the life of a bank employee named Shiv Rastogi and his relationship with his daughter, Dhara. The premise of a single father raising his daughter after her mother's death, understanding her sensitivities, and ensuring that she understands life for what it is, held great promise, but the filmmakers failed to capitalize on it.
