If there's one particular criticism that has weighed heavily on the world of Hallmark Channel Christmas movies, it would be... that they always stick to the same thing. Many have pointed out that they follow a formula, and that they simply stick to it, and that fans are probably doomed to see the same variation of the same idea until audiences get tired of the same old thing. But the fascinating thing about this criticism is that it's unfounded.  For the past few years, Hallmark Channel has been working hard on new concepts and much more for these movies, to try to attract a new audience, while also giving regular fans who love romance and the Christmas spirit what they want.
