 "The Good Mothers" is an upcoming television series set to premiere in 2023. The show is based on the book of the same name by Alex Perry, which tells the true story of a group of women who took on the Italian mafia. The series follows the lives of three women: María, Rita and Valentina. They are all from the Calabria region of southern Italy, where the 'Ndrangheta, one of the most powerful and brutal mafia groups in the world, has a stronghold. All the women have been affected by the mob in different ways and are determined to fight their influence.
