 Disney has announced a new unscripted show called "Secrets and Sisterhood: The Sozahdahs" that follows the ups and downs of 10 modern day Muslim American sisters living in Los Angeles as they navigate their faith, family, career and love lives. According to the motto, “difficult decisions test your faith, and rotating rivalries test your sisterly bonds. Although the Sozahdah sisters keep secrets from each other, the number one rule they live by is: family above all else. The Disney-backed streamer will host Secrets & Sisterhood: The Sozahdahs on June 7. All 10 episodes of the first season will be released on the same day. The show will follow the lives of 10 American Muslim sisters living in Los Angeles. Viewers will see the tight-knit family trying to assimilate to life in the United States while navigating its cultural expectations with their relationships and careers.
