 Director Tisca Chopra lacks a distinctive voice: the scenes are bland, empty, and formless. Smita (Radhika Apte) has a deep connection with nature. A botany graduate, she considers her plants, her home, and her husband her entire world. However, when her cherished world begins to crumble, Smita resorts to drastic measures to protect herself. Why only herself? Because (and this is a line from the film) "the law of nature is to eat or be eaten."
