The Quilters 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

 "The Quilters" is a short documentary about several inmates participating in a quilting program at the South Central Correctional Center, a Level 5 maximum-security prison. The men tell us the entire process of their creations, which they donate to children in foster homes. It's a moving glimpse into a charitable endeavor that's as important as it is endearing. They spend eight hours, five days a week, in the special area where they create the quilts. You can see how this positively affects them, giving them a sense of purpose. Some, like Fred, Chill, and Ricky, talk about their years in prison, and it's clear how this program has transformed them.
