The Apartment Job 2026 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

The first episode of *The Apartment Job* opens by showing the daily routine of our protagonist, Mr. Park Hae-kang, as he travels from home to his office, HK Trading and Investment—a place where all manner of betting takes place.

The protagonist meets with Mr. Oh and Mr. Choi, effectively extorting them to collect outstanding debts. He conducts meticulous investigations into people's assets, both financial and otherwise. We are also introduced to "Mr. Lizard," who works in an apartment complex office and earns a decent income.

Stars: Ji Sung, Ha Yoon-kyung, Moon So-ri

Next, we meet Ha-ri, who is participating in a school's parents' race as a hired ringer. Later, her agent gives her pointers on how to improve her performance. She aspires to practice law but failed the bar exam; she has been lying to her family about it ever since.

On her way home, her sister joins her, but Ha-ri hesitates to tell the truth. Her sister, however, is more concerned about the clothes Ha-ri had taken from her. She buys Ha-ri new clothes, noting that she needs to make a good impression as a lawyer.

The following day, Ha-ri heads to work as a pro bono legal advisor in the basement of a law firm.

Hae-kang and others go on an outing; he is the one carrying all the group's luggage. Among them is Son Dae-un, the head of investigations at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

Hae-kang has helped them all using tricks, such as manipulating a website bot and having his employees wait in long lines. Finally, he splits bribe money with them and offers to go into town to get a lighter for Son Dae-un.

Later, Hae-kang visits an older man who is playing badminton with Ms. Kim. This man is his boss, though he now holds the position in name only. They discuss their business dealings and income; Hae-kang mentions wanting to earn more money to help his colleagues pursue their dreams.

At the office, "Mr. Lizard" causes a scene; Hae-kang authorizes a loan for him, despite harboring some suspicions.

Next, we see the State Asset Management Office, where Ha-ri's older sister works. Her boss, Mr. Choi, approaches and asks her to proceed with "the other job," but she refuses. Just then, a resident named Mrs. Jang arrives, complaining about the cost of floor repairs. A man—presumably of high status—then appears, carrying gift bags containing food.

Later, a motorcade is seen heading toward Pine Tree Farm. Inside the vehicles are prominent figures: Song U-sik, Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs; Choi Seung-ho, Prosecutor General; Yoo Gwang-ho, a Supreme Court Justice; and Lee Sang-gyu, president of the *Gongyeong Daily* newspaper.

These men tend to pine bonsai trees while discussing the possibility of making a certain Mr. Kim the President of South Korea. The man who brought the gift bags joins them and urges them to turn their talk of the presidency into reality.

Kwak Ju-gwon, the police commissioner, joins the group and expresses his admiration for them. The mysterious man interrupts him, demanding a payment of 10 billion won for him to join the "One Club."

That same night, he discusses the payment matter with Son Dae-un. Son then visits Hae-kang to ask for the money and, before leaving, issues a veiled threat.

The following day, Hae-kang's company undergoes an audit, and his employees—including his boss, Park Yong-man—are arrested.

Heated Rivalry 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney wrote and directed the six-part series about two rising hockey stars who fall passionately in love. Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin entered the NHL in 2005. For more than 20 years, the Canadian star and his Russian counterpart have waged one of the greatest rivalries in the sport. They've won titles, medals, and scoring crowns, and both are still playing (with the same franchises that drafted them), having earned their place among hockey's all-time elite. Creator: Jacob Tierney Stars: Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie, Callan Potter That's the underlying premise at the heart of HBO Max and Crave's new six-part romantic drama, Heated Rivalry, based on the book by Rachel Reid and written and directed by Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney. Don't expect many direct similarities to Letterkenny, though. Heated Rivalry may have some comedic elements, as relationships between passionate men are often entertaining, but it's a sincere a...

Dhurandhar 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

Dhurandhar's story unfolds against the backdrop of significant terrorist attacks in India, focusing particularly on harrowing incidents such as the hijacking of flight IC-814 in Kandahar in 1999, the Parliament attack in 2001, and the devastating 26/11 Mumbai attacks in 2008. The film depicts a daring covert operation led by the head of India's Intelligence Bureau, Ajay Sanyal, played by R. Madhavan. Structured in several chapters, the film introduces the viewer to a complex narrative that explores themes of revenge, sacrifice, and national security. The first half successfully intertwines traumatic real-life events with fiction, creating a thought-provoking plot that encourages audience...

Kantara A Legend: Chapter 1 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

The ending of Kantara: Chapter 1 returns us to the original film, a sequence in which young Shiva wonders what happened to the well that physically existed there many years ago, when the Naga tribe lived in harmony with nature, only to be forced to endure the invasion and destruction of the land they were supposed to protect.  The film is a winding tale of three cultures, two of which seem to drive the story about class and greed similarly to the original film; however, the third element is the Kadapa tribe, a people who seek to appropriate the power of the deities for themselves rather than worship them. At its core, it's a film about unity. It's about bringing people together to merge tradition with contemporary ideology. Kantara: Chapter 1 takes us directly into the heart of the Bangra Kingdom, a prosperous state with trade and all modern amenities, but with a powerful and greedy king. Director: Rishab Shetty Writers: Rishab Shetty, Anirudh Mahesh, Shanil Guru Stars: Rishab ...
