Stars: Mariana Calderón, Omar Chaparro, Natalia Reyes

While the film has already generated interest among viewers, details about the specific characters played by each actor have not yet been released.

A Father's Miracle is based on the Turkish film Miracle in Cell No. 7, which was itself an adaptation of the 2013 South Korean comedy-drama of the same name. The Mexican remake reinvents the story with a more subtle and human approach, focusing on pure emotion, according to Paloma and Nacho.

"Un Milagro de Padre" (A Miracle of a Father) follows the story of a father whose life is turned upside down after being unjustly imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit. With her freedom taken away, his young daughter is forced to travel the world alone, without the person who protected her most.

Netflix has also released a trailer for the film, which offers a glimpse into the tragic incident that leads him to accept his guilt and the painful separation from his young daughter that follows.

Mexican comedian and actor Omar Chaparro has reflected on how starring in a drama like Netflix's "Un Milagro de Padre" represented a risky venture for him due to his established reputation in comedy.

Chaparro also shared that, while he knew stepping away from the comfort of comedy would be challenging, he deliberately seeks out roles that push him, emphasizing that this is important for his creative growth.

The actor also reflected on how the film's director, Ana Lorena Pérez Ríos, supported him with her advice. "I couldn't have done it the same without the confidence she gave me," he said, noting that her support allowed him to fully commit to the role.

Heated Rivalry 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney wrote and directed the six-part series about two rising hockey stars who fall passionately in love. Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin entered the NHL in 2005. For more than 20 years, the Canadian star and his Russian counterpart have waged one of the greatest rivalries in the sport. They've won titles, medals, and scoring crowns, and both are still playing (with the same franchises that drafted them), having earned their place among hockey's all-time elite. Creator: Jacob Tierney Stars: Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie, Callan Potter That's the underlying premise at the heart of HBO Max and Crave's new six-part romantic drama, Heated Rivalry, based on the book by Rachel Reid and written and directed by Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney. Don't expect many direct similarities to Letterkenny, though. Heated Rivalry may have some comedic elements, as relationships between passionate men are often entertaining, but it's a sincere a...

Dhurandhar 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

Dhurandhar's story unfolds against the backdrop of significant terrorist attacks in India, focusing particularly on harrowing incidents such as the hijacking of flight IC-814 in Kandahar in 1999, the Parliament attack in 2001, and the devastating 26/11 Mumbai attacks in 2008. The film depicts a daring covert operation led by the head of India's Intelligence Bureau, Ajay Sanyal, played by R. Madhavan. The first half successfully intertwines traumatic real-life events with fiction, creating a thought-provoking plot that encourages audience...

Kantara A Legend: Chapter 1 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

The ending of Kantara: Chapter 1 returns us to the original film, a sequence in which young Shiva wonders what happened to the well that physically existed there many years ago, when the Naga tribe lived in harmony with nature, only to be forced to endure the invasion and destruction of the land they were supposed to protect.  The film is a winding tale of three cultures, two of which seem to drive the story about class and greed similarly to the original film; however, the third element is the Kadapa tribe, a people who seek to appropriate the power of the deities for themselves rather than worship them. At its core, it's a film about unity. It's about bringing people together to merge tradition with contemporary ideology. Kantara: Chapter 1 takes us directly into the heart of the Bangra Kingdom, a prosperous state with trade and all modern amenities, but with a powerful and greedy king. Director: Rishab Shetty Writers: Rishab Shetty, Anirudh Mahesh, Shanil Guru Stars: Rishab ...
