Elmo and Mark Rober's Merry Giftmas 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

When Netflix acquired Sesame Street, this was exactly what we needed! Now we have Elmo and Mark Rober: Happy Holidays from Sesame Street, a family-friendly special that will be available to stream globally starting December 8th.

The special will feature three new original songs: "Happy Holidays from Sesame Street," "Failure Is Awesome," and "The Best Christmas Gift Is You," in which Elmo and his Sesame Street friends team up with Mark Rober to create special gifts for a holiday gift exchange. We can only imagine what they'll come up with, based on Mark's creations!

Just a few months after the Muppets appeared on Mark Rober's Crunch Labs YouTube channel, he's collaborating with more Muppets, this time from Sesame Street.

Elmo and Mark Rober: Happy Holidays from Sesame Street is a new half-hour holiday special premiering on Netflix on December 8th. It will feature both of them, along with other Sesame Street friends, and three original songs: "Happy Holidays from Sesame Street," "Failure Is Awesome," and "The Best Christmas Gift Is You." Here's hoping "Failure Is Awesome" is the song that finally dethrones Mariah Carey from the Christmas charts!
