Community Squad 2025 Tv Series Season 2 Review Trailer Poster

No matter what Felipe did in the second season of Community Squad, he ended up sabotaging his own cause. After what happened in the first season, he believed he would earn the respect of his superiors, but things didn't go as he would have hoped. He tried hard to impress Sofia, but he failed, and she felt he simply wasn't interested in him for a number of reasons. Felipe had been selected by an intelligence agency and tasked with finding information on a man named Milton, who runs a coffee shop in the town.

Felipe wasn't cut out for the job and, besides, couldn't handle the extra workload. He knew Milton was a dangerous man, capable of killing him if he discovered he was a spy, but he still took the risk. So let's see what happened in the Community Squad season 2 finale: did Felipe manage to find out who was working with Milton and if he managed to expose them. From the very first episode, we saw that Arellano, the head of the intelligence agency, wanted Felipe to keep an eye on Milton, the owner of Café Ceuro.

Stars: Santiago Korovsky, Jessica Blue, Renato Condori

She had doubts about him and believed he was involved in some kind of illicit activity. Furthermore, the way he had just shot the Koreans dead made her realize he was a dangerous man. Felipe's clumsiness made Milton feel he could be helpful and that the latter might take advantage of him, since he belonged to the Guardia Urbana. Felipe brought Milton a walkie-talkie, which he stole from Esteban, and then made sure no formal complaint was filed against him. But until the end of Escuadrón Comunitario's second season, we weren't able to find out what Milton was really involved in. Namely, he killed anyone who tried to betray his trust, but Felipe still couldn't figure out where all his profits came from. But then, one day, Felipe, wearing a hidden microphone, went to check on Milton and saw a very familiar face entering the café.

It was none other than the politician who was challenging Carolina Ponce in the race for mayor of Palermo. It became known that Milton was laundering money and helping Navarro finance his campaign. Navarro, on the other hand, had promised Milton contracts for several public projects if he was elected mayor. In addition to all this, Milton ran a secret society made up of people who liked to indulge in rather twisted sexual fantasies. Beneath the cafeteria was a secret room that Navarro and other high-profile clients frequently visited. Felipe was deeply shocked to learn this and was sure that Arellano and other intelligence agents would come to his aid and arrest the culprits. But none of that happened, as there were double agents working within the intelligence agency who didn't want anyone to find out what was going on.

Sosa, one of Arellano's colleagues, who worked with her as an agent, tried to prevent her from going to the cafeteria, not wanting her to save Felipe. But when Arellano ignored him, he had no choice but to eliminate her. Pound, another older, pleasant-looking agent who worked for the intelligence agency, appeared out of nowhere and shot Arellano dead. We learned that Sosa and Pound had other plans and had decided to sell their consciences and make a lot of money by allying themselves with the corrupt politician and Milton. Besides them, even Nacho, with whom Sofía was in a relationship, was a double agent working for Navarro and Milton. So they arrived at the cafeteria and offered Navarro and Milton a deal. They told them they would not make public the recording incriminating Navarro in exchange for a share of the profits they obtained.

Felipe couldn't imagine that his own people could betray him like that. But what he forgot was that there was a group of misfits willing to risk their lives to save one of their own. Before being killed, Arellano had sent a message to José Figueroa, head of the community brigade, telling him what had happened. He was a little hesitant about risking his life, but the Urban Guards knew there was one man who wouldn't hesitate to go on that mission.

Miguel, the former Urban Guard coordinator, had been fired from his job after helping robbers with special abilities escape from the bank. After just one call, he geared up and decided to lead the gang and attack Milton's cafeteria with all his might. By then, Sofía had also realized that Felipe's life was in danger and, along with Esteban, was ready to go rescue him. So the Urban Brigade arrived on the scene and, somehow, managed to overpower Navarro, Milton, and their gang. Navarro and Milton narrowly escaped, but all the information about their illegal business became public.

Edgar and Paloma, the city guards who had the drug money the Korean gang was looking for, decided to open a cafe with him. They decided to hire all the unemployed city guards from the cafe, since no other organization would hire them and, clearly, they were in a sorry state. Furthermore, Felipe and Sofía ended up together, and this time Felipe was able to buy the mattress he'd wanted since the first season. Felipe and Sofía were very different people, but they loved each other and made the important decision to buy an apartment together.

Although the community squad had disbanded, I don't think Miguel and his crew will remain inactive for long. It's quite possible that Carolina will manage to gain a foothold, gain people's trust, and launch a campaign against Navarro. Furthermore, Kim Wong's son was still on the loose and could pose a threat to the city guards and go after them to take the money that belonged to his family. As for Felipe, he's proven himself as a good intelligence officer, so I wouldn't be surprised if in Season 3 (considering there is one), he was put in charge of a secret agency and asked to carry out covert missions and ensure the safety of the people of Palermo.

  1. Correction: "Pelermo" is just a fancy neighborhood /commune of Buenos Aires city. The mayor is elected for the city, Buenos Aires, not for Palermo.

For more than 20 years, the Canadian star and his Russian counterpart have waged one of the greatest rivalries in the sport. Don't expect many direct similarities to Letterkenny, though. Heated Rivalry may have some comedic elements, as relationships between passionate men are often entertaining, but it's a sincere a...

The Hunting Wives 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

Netflix has become a haven for shows about small towns rocked by crime. Last week, we premiered Untamed, where the residents of a town in Yosemite National Park became embroiled in a murder mystery after a girl fell from El Capitan. The show dealt heavily with grief, suicidal tendencies, abusive men, and the colonialists' negative feelings toward the Indigenous community. The Glass Dome told the story of a criminal psychologist who returned to her hometown to attend her stepmother's funeral and found herself involved in investigating a series of murders seemingly connected to her past.  Hound's Hill centered on a Polish author who returned to his hometown to come to terms with a crime he may have committed, only to discover that a serial killer is on the loose, killing the perpetrators—and his name could be next on the list. So, yes, when I watched The Hunting Wives, I completely understood why Netflix bought the rights to this show. What confuses me is, who is this series ...

Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy 2025 Movie Review Trailer POster

Despite the controversies that arose during the production and marketing phase leading up to this film's release, Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy still takes home a singular victory, and it might be the only thing that counts toward landing that second film. Back in its first web novel, Realies Pictures offered it a five-film live-action adaptation. Originally written as a light novel before being adapted into a manhwa, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint remains a very popular series among fans and webtoon lovers. And while readers eagerly awaited the new content, concerns began to boil over when it was revealed that changes were being made to the source material that didn't make much sense.
