Justin Willman: Magic Lover 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

Justin Willman, the magician and comedian behind Netflix's Magic for Humans, will premiere his first magic comedy special, Magic Lover, on the streaming platform on June 17.

Filmed live from the Fitzgerald Theatre in St. Paul, Minnesota, Magic Lover sees Willman offer fresh perspectives on parenting, inflation, screen time, and finding order in life's chaos, amidst tricks and gimmicks.

The special is executive produced by Willman, Daniel Kinno, Alex Murray, Stuart MacLeod, Adam Franklin, Brian Volk-Weiss, Cisco Henson, and Davina Dobrovech.

A Critics Choice Award nominee with a solid track record at Netflix, Willman has quickly become one of the most prolific magicians of his generation. In 2024, he premiered Netflix's Magic Prank Show, a viral hit in which he and his team helped real people perform elaborate pranks with a touch of magic. Prior to that, he created and starred in Netflix's hit magic series Magic for Humans, where he brought his signature style to street magic, social experiments, and some of America's weirdest and most wonderful subcultures. Magic for Humans became one of Netflix's most-watched series upon its release, with clips amassing over 150 million social media views and inspiring a wave of viral memes. All three seasons are currently available for streaming.

Willman's television appearances include The Tonight Show, Today, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Conan, and a live performance for the Obama family at the White House. He is also an experienced host, having directed series such as Baking Impossible, Cupcake Wars, and Win, Lose or Draw.

Currently touring the country with his live theater show Illusionati—an evening of distraction, mind games, and laughter—which will continue through 2025, Willman is represented by UTA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

Director: Jared Hess Writers: Chris Bowman, Hubbel Palmer, Neil Widener Stars: Jennifer Coolidge, Jason Momoa, Emma Myers For the uninitiated, Microsoft-owned "Minecraft" is a sandbox game that immerses players in the Overworld, a whimsical dimension made up of blocky, box-like voxels. There's no single story or single way to play: users can craft items, build structures, ba...

The Acolyte 2024 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

There are three main types of Star Wars stories. There's the kind where you write whatever you want and call it Star Wars, common in the many novels published in the 1990s. There's the kind where you recycle existing Star Wars stories and make them familiar; this has been the primary way of doing things at Disney. But finally, there are the stories that enthusiastically use Star Wars as a setting to create something new. There have been several novels that fit that profile, as did the first season of Andor, and now, four episodes in, it looks like the new Star Wars series The Acolyte, set a century before the movies, also fits the bill. in that category. . The Acolyte centers on a pair of twins, Osha and Mae (both played by Amandla Stenberg). The girls were raised by an unaffiliated coven of Force users, but despite living outside the Republic, the Jedi, including Carrie-Ann Moss's Indara, stuck their noses into these women's affairs, leading to the disaster. As a resu...
