 Netflix has released the trailer for Full Swing season 3. With the new batch of episodes set to drop on the streaming platform, audiences will get a glimpse into the daily lives of golfers and the challenges they overcome amidst competitions and rivalries.

Another season of Full Swing is in the works on Netflix. Full Swing season 3 brings back the popular behind-the-scenes look at the world of professional golf, in particular, the 2024 golf season that included some historic careers, memorable tournaments, and for the first time on Full Swing, Olympic competition.

It’s a similar format to what has worked with Drive to Survive, Break Point, Tour de France: Unchained, and others.


Rory McIlroy's whirlwind marital drama is about to hit screens, as the final season of Full Swing gears up for its long-awaited premiere. The Netflix golf documentary series is back for its third instalment, and this time, it promises an inside look at one of the most shocking twists in McIlroy's personal life - his unexpected divorce and dramatic reconciliation with wife Erica Stoll.


The newly released trailer for Full Swing offers fans a glimpse into the chaos surrounding McIlroy's shocking split. The 35-year-old Northern Irish golf star filed for divorce in May 2023, ending his seven-year marriage to Stoll. However, in a dramatic turn of events, the couple called off the split just a month later, with divorce proceedings voluntarily dismissed.


McIlroy, who shares a four-year-old daughter, Poppy, with Stoll, later addressed speculation surrounding his personal life. Speaking to The Guardian, he said:


"There have been rumours about my personal life recently, which is unfortunate. Responding to every rumour is a fool's game. Over the past few weeks, Erica and I have realised that our best future was as a family together. Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a fresh start."


The trailer captures real-time reactions from the press centre and clubhouse at Valhalla Golf Club during the PGA Championship when news of McIlroy's divorce first broke. In an emotional moment, McIlroy admits to the camera: "I've struggled to try to be the best golfer, the best husband, the best father."
