My Little Pony: Make Your Mark 2022 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster Online

My Little Pony: Make Your Mark kicks off with a special 44-minute teaser episode on Netflix! Fun for the whole family, it's a great introduction to the series.

My Little Pony has been around for many years, and the latest generation of ponies - Sunny, Hitch, Pipp, Zipp, and Izzy - were introduced to fans around the world with Netflix's My Little Pony: A New Generation Movie. Now these ponies are back in a new series, coming to the streaming service in September. But for those who can't wait, fear not, the series has kicked off with a special 44-minute teaser episode that serves as the bridge between the movie and My Little Pony: Make Your Mark.

Creator: Gillian Berrow
Stars: Jenna Warren, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, JJ Gerber

The movie isn't exactly necessary to understand the new series. They do a great job of bringing viewers up to date on what has happened, who these characters are, and setting the stage for where they are going next. That being said, the movie is a lot of fun and teaches kids great lessons about inclusion and not judging a book by its cover.

These themes are also very present in this special episode, so it will surely be a continuation throughout the series. As a parent, this is greatly appreciated. I love it when my daughters can learn life lessons during their favorite shows because they don't even know they're learning. When the things kids absorb share a positive message, the whole family can enjoy them too.

While the voice actors are different for the ponies, which is very common when going from a movie to a series, it's easy to miss. Some of the fun characters from the movie are missing, however the "Mane 5" are still present. Sunny, Hitch, Pipp, Zipp and Izzy are celebrating the union of Earth ponies, Pegasi and Unicorns in a very special way: by throwing a big party!

If this reminds you of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, it should. These are different characters, but the themes and powers are very similar. Of course, this is still the same universe, so it's likely that certain characters will be mentioned in the future.

Fans are in for some amazing surprises in this special episode of My Little Pony: Make Your Mark, which I really don't want to spoil. There is laughter, fun, magic and even some singing. Hopefully the songs will be a common denominator in future episodes, because it really is great to dance to and sing along to.

Heated Rivalry 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney wrote and directed the six-part series about two rising hockey stars who fall passionately in love. Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin entered the NHL in 2005. For more than 20 years, the Canadian star and his Russian counterpart have waged one of the greatest rivalries in the sport. They've won titles, medals, and scoring crowns, and both are still playing (with the same franchises that drafted them), having earned their place among hockey's all-time elite. Creator: Jacob Tierney Stars: Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie, Callan Potter That's the underlying premise at the heart of HBO Max and Crave's new six-part romantic drama, Heated Rivalry, based on the book by Rachel Reid and written and directed by Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney. Don't expect many direct similarities to Letterkenny, though. Heated Rivalry may have some comedic elements, as relationships between passionate men are often entertaining, but it's a sincere a...

Dhurandhar 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

Dhurandhar's story unfolds against the backdrop of significant terrorist attacks in India, focusing particularly on harrowing incidents such as the hijacking of flight IC-814 in Kandahar in 1999, the Parliament attack in 2001, and the devastating 26/11 Mumbai attacks in 2008. The film depicts a daring covert operation led by the head of India's Intelligence Bureau, Ajay Sanyal, played by R. Madhavan. The film delves into the underbelly of Karachi, particularly the dangerous Lyari region, following the journey of Hamza, played by Ranveer Singh.  Hamza is introduced as an Indian agent who infiltrates Karachi's notoriously violent gang culture to dismantle terrorist operations from within. Structured in several chapters, the film introduces the viewer to a complex narrative that explores themes of revenge, sacrifice, and national security. The first half successfully intertwines traumatic real-life events with fiction, creating a thought-provoking plot that encourages audience...

Kantara A Legend: Chapter 1 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

The ending of Kantara: Chapter 1 returns us to the original film, a sequence in which young Shiva wonders what happened to the well that physically existed there many years ago, when the Naga tribe lived in harmony with nature, only to be forced to endure the invasion and destruction of the land they were supposed to protect.  The film is a winding tale of three cultures, two of which seem to drive the story about class and greed similarly to the original film; however, the third element is the Kadapa tribe, a people who seek to appropriate the power of the deities for themselves rather than worship them. At its core, it's a film about unity. It's about bringing people together to merge tradition with contemporary ideology. Kantara: Chapter 1 takes us directly into the heart of the Bangra Kingdom, a prosperous state with trade and all modern amenities, but with a powerful and greedy king. Director: Rishab Shetty Writers: Rishab Shetty, Anirudh Mahesh, Shanil Guru Stars: Rishab ...
