Nefarious 2023 Movie Review Trailer Poster Online

NEFARIOUS is a supernatural thriller. A skeptical psychiatrist, Dr. James Martin, takes the place of another psychiatrist who committed suicide. Dr. Martin has to interview a convicted serial killer to see if he's sane enough to be executed. The prisoner tells the psychiatrist that he is a demon called Lord Nefarious. Martin asks Nefarious to prove that he is a demon, but he gets more than he bargained for by making such a foolish demand.

NEFARIOUS is an intense and hair-raising thriller with some good twists, dramatic dialogue, great acting, and fascinating direction. It has a strong Christian worldview that dramatically depicts the battle between God and Satan's world of demonic evil. God is clearly more powerful, however. For example, in one scene a character appeals to God and God performs a miracle. However, NEFARIOUS has a very strong execution scene that warrants extreme caution. The movie also has three relatively light obscenities and some scary conversations with a man who claims to be a demon. Eventually, the demon's plans in NEFARIOUS are thwarted, but in an unexpected way that involves an Act of God.

NEFARIOUS is a supernatural horror movie about a skeptical psychiatrist assigned to visit a convicted serial killer to see if he's sane enough to be executed, but the prisoner tells the psychiatrist he's a demon and the psychiatrist asks for proof. .

The film opens with a psychiatrist committing suicide by jumping out of a window. He cuts out another psychiatrist, Dr. James Martin, taking the place of the dead psychiatrist. Martin enters a prison to interview a convicted serial killer, Edward Wayne Brady, ahead of his scheduled 11 p.m. execution. m. The warden wants Martin to declare Brady sane so the execution can go ahead as scheduled. He gives Martin until 4 pm to decide.

However, when Martin begins to question Brady, Brady tells Martin that he is actually taking on a demon calling himself Nefarious. The demon claims that his possession of Brady took place in stages since he was a child, but says that Brady is now fully under his control. Martin asks Nefarious to talk to Brady, and Brady is a pitiful, whiny creature.

However, Martin remains skeptical. He asks Nefarious to give him proof that he really is a demon, but Martin gets more than he bargained for by making such a foolish demand.

NEFARIOUS is an intense and hair-raising thriller with a well-written script and some good twists. Sean Patrick Flanery and Jordan Belfi as Nefarious and the psychiatrist, Dr. Martin, have to stop the story as most of the movie engages their characters in a verbal battle. They do a great job, which also means the movie is well directed.

NEFARIOUS has a strong Christian worldview that dramatically depicts the ancient battle between God and Satan's world of demonic evil. God is clearly more powerful, however. For example, in one scene, a character asks God for help against a demonic power, and God performs a miracle, answering prayer.

NEFARIOUS contains a very strong and intense execution scene. Therefore, MOVIEGUIDE® recommends extreme caution. The movie also has three relatively light obscenities and some scary conversations with a man who claims to be a demon. Eventually, the demon's plans are thwarted, but in an unexpected way that involves an Act of God.

A Minecraft Movie 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

If you were to throw a bucket in Hollywood today, you could easily find a dozen video game adaptations in development, either as TV series or movies. They're all vying for the same thing: critical acclaim, huge box office revenue, or a sudden surge in streaming subscribers thanks to established fandoms. But it's a long shot: Will they become a "Borderlands" movie flop or a "Last of Us" hit? Next month, Legendary Entertainment, Warner Bros. Pictures, and Microsoft are going for box office gold with a different kind of game-to-movie adaptation: "A Minecraft Movie." Director: Jared Hess Writers: Chris Bowman, Hubbel Palmer, Neil Widener Stars: Jennifer Coolidge, Jason Momoa, Emma Myers For the uninitiated, Microsoft-owned "Minecraft" is a sandbox game that immerses players in the Overworld, a whimsical dimension made up of blocky, box-like voxels. The Acolyte 2024 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

There are three main types of Star Wars stories. There's the kind where you write whatever you want and call it Star Wars, common in the many novels published in the 1990s. There's the kind where you recycle existing Star Wars stories and make them familiar; this has been the primary way of doing things at Disney. But finally, there are the stories that enthusiastically use Star Wars as a setting to create something new. There have been several novels that fit that profile, as did the first season of Andor, and now, four episodes in, it looks like the new Star Wars series The Acolyte, set a century before the movies, also fits the bill. in that category. . The Acolyte centers on a pair of twins, Osha and Mae (both played by Amandla Stenberg). The girls were raised by an unaffiliated coven of Force users, but despite living outside the Republic, the Jedi, including Carrie-Ann Moss's Indara, stuck their noses into these women's affairs, leading to the disaster. As a resu...
