Naked and Scared: Last Standing is an American reality television show (2023). The battle is intense and the winners can use any means, including sabotage, to claim the ultimate prize. When the game ends, after 45 days, only one person will be named Last One Standing. Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing will be released on Discovery on May 7, 2023.

In the initial phase of the competition, the participants are divided into pairs and have to complete 21 days in a row. One big twist is that if a contestant decides to leave and their partner also quits, they are instantly eliminated. Together, they will search for water, food, shelter and fire and, in the case of a franchise, they will first acquire the equipment they need to be able to resist. In the next phase, the remaining survivors participate in an event where they challenge their teammates.
The survivors undertake the first phase of the challenge in teams of two and must work together for 21 days. One big twist is that if a player decides to tag, his partner tags out as well. They have to work together to find resources like food, water, fire, and shelter, and for the first time in the series, they have to search for these things. The survivors who made it to Phase 2 compete in a team battle between themselves and their teammates. At this stage, everything is on the line, and in Phase 3 the survivors have just three days to reach safety before being extracted. The victor takes home $100,000 and the show's first primitive survival rating out of 10.
NAKED AND AFRAID: LAST ONE STANDING features some of the most skilled survivors in the franchise, including Matt Wright, a sharpshooter who has completed 215 days in Naked and Afraid, more than any other participant in this challenge; Jeff Zausch, a ruthless competitor with elite fishing skills and an unmatched self-determination to succeed at all costs; Cheeny Plante, one of the newer survivors of the Naked and Afraid family who has quickly made a name for herself thanks to her skills molded through years of military survival training and as a SERE specialist; Dan Link, one of the two survivors who jumped from completing a 14-day fan challenge to finishing the 60-day legend challenge; Waz Addy, a former professional rugby player and military veteran who excels at spearfishing, scuba diving, and open-sea swimming; Amber Hargrove, a decorated Army veteran who is the only woman vying for Last One Standing to have completed a 60-day challenge; Steven Lee Hall, Jr., who calls himself "King of the Forest" and has completed all six Naked and Afraid challenges; and Sarah Bartell, an off-grid farmer and taxidermist who has completed all three of her previous challenges.
