Mulligan 2023 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster Online

Netflix's animated comedy series "Mulligan" has established its full voice cast. Series regulars for the show include: Nat Faxon, Chrissy Teigen, Tina Fey, Sam Richardson, Phil Lamarr, and Dana Carvey. Kevin Michael Richardson, Ayo Edebiri, Daniel Radcliffe, Ronny Chieng have been cast in recurring guest star roles. Full character descriptions can be seen below.

The series, which originally ordered on Netflix in March 2020, comes from co-creators Robert Carlock and “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” writer-executive producer Sam Means. According to the official tagline, “After Earth is destroyed by an alien attack, a band of survivors has to start society from scratch. It is an opportunity to learn from humanity's past mistakes and do things right this time. Or make the same mistakes over and over again. Probably the second.

Stars: Daniel Radcliffe, Kevin Michael Richardson, Tina Fey

Netflix has given "Mulligan" a 20-episode order. Carlock and Means serve as executive producers and co-executive producers on the series, with Fey also serving as executive producer. David Miner, Eric Gurian, Scott Greenberg and Joel Kuwahara are also executive producers. The series is produced by Universal Television in association with Fey's Little Stranger Inc, Carlock's Bevel Gears, 3 Arts Entertainment and Bento Box Entertainment. Fey and Carlock are under blanket agreements at UTV.

The series marks the third that Fey and Carlock have established on Netflix. In addition to "Mulligan," the duo previously created the Emmy-nominated series "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," which ran for four seasons and an interactive special. They are also executive producers of the comedy series "Girls5Eva," which ran for two seasons on Peacock but will move to Netflix for a third.

Nat Faxon is “Matty Mulligan”: A working-class Boston everyman, Matty single-handedly saved Earth from alien invasion, but now he's in way over his head as the leader of (what's left of) humanity. . The only thing he wants more than to be loved by everyone is to win Lucy over, but both will require him to really think about someone other than himself for once.

Chrissy Teigen as "Lucy Suwan": Lucy had a whirlwind affair with Matty during the attack, making her now the de facto First Lady. Except they just met and it turns out they have nothing in common. A beauty queen who believes deeply in the America you see in beer commercials, she wants to use her new influence to help fix the world, if she can figure out how.

Tina Fey is “Dr. Farrah Braun” – Dr. Braun is a super military scientist and single mom. She's still trying to "have it all" as a working mom, but she's still written off as just a "woman scientist" in a world that really shouldn't have time to worry about such things.

Sam Richardson as "Simon Prioleau": Simon is the only surviving historian and one of Matty's top advisers, though Matty thinks he's a useless nerd. Desperate to save what's left of human history before he disappears, he too is eager to take advantage of this new opportunity to reinvent himself as a confident, cool guy. However, he is not working. Nobody is buying the fedora.

Dana Carvey is "Senator Cartwright LaMarr": The self-proclaimed vice president, LaMarr is a political animal, schemer, and goofball who is eager to rebuild everything as it was, when guys like him were in power. He is forced to deal with both Matty's apathy and Lucy's empathy in order to rule the way he wants, but his power depends on Matty's popularity, so he must continue to support him. For now.

Phil LaMarr is "Axatrax": A worthy general, Axatrax is the only alien survivor of the invasion and is now a prisoner of the intellectually inferior humans who defeated him. Imprisoned in the White House bowling alley, he makes an unlikely "shoulder" to cry on for Matty, but it's possible he's just buying time until he can signal a second invasion.

A Minecraft Movie 2025 Movie Review Trailer Poster

If you were to throw a bucket in Hollywood today, you could easily find a dozen video game adaptations in development, either as TV series or movies. They're all vying for the same thing: critical acclaim, huge box office revenue, or a sudden surge in streaming subscribers thanks to established fandoms. But it's a long shot: Will they become a "Borderlands" movie flop or a "Last of Us" hit? Next month, Legendary Entertainment, Warner Bros. Pictures, and Microsoft are going for box office gold with a different kind of game-to-movie adaptation: "A Minecraft Movie." Director: Jared Hess Writers: Chris Bowman, Hubbel Palmer, Neil Widener Stars: Jennifer Coolidge, Jason Momoa, Emma Myers For the uninitiated, Microsoft-owned "Minecraft" is a sandbox game that immerses players in the Overworld, a whimsical dimension made up of blocky, box-like voxels. There's no single story or single way to play: users can craft items, build structures, ba...

Heated Rivalry 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

For more than 20 years, the Canadian star and his Russian counterpart have waged one of the greatest rivalries in the sport. They've won titles, medals, and scoring crowns, and both are still playing (with the same franchises that drafted them), having earned their place among hockey's all-time elite. Creator: Jacob Tierney Stars: Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie, Callan Potter That's the underlying premise at the heart of HBO Max and Crave's new six-part romantic drama, Heated Rivalry, based on the book by Rachel Reid and written and directed by Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney. Don't expect many direct similarities to Letterkenny, though. Heated Rivalry may have some comedic elements, as relationships between passionate men are often entertaining, but it's a sincere a...
