Andie MacDowell stars as a famous actor seeking treatment undercover for a medical problem. Andie MacDowell keeps a brave face as she faces her toughest battle yet in a new trailer for My Happy Ending. Based on Anat Gov's play Happy End, the comedy-drama will follow a famous actress (MacDowell) who is dealing with a devastating and devastating diagnosis of stage four cancer. Trying to keep things under wraps, the actress enters a treatment program without telling her friends, family, or even her talent manager. Written by Rona Tamir, My Happy Ending was directed by duo Tal Granit and Sharon Maymon. The feature is the latest from Roadside Attractions, which has found recent success through the Aubrey Plaza-directed crime thriller Emily the Criminal, and which will launch Moving On, the newest team-up between queens of comedic dreams Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda. , later this year.
