Double XL 2022 Movie Review Trailer Cast Crew

Well-known Hindi actresses Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi will appear together on the big screens in their upcoming film Double XL. Directed by Satramm Ramani, this movie will apparently see Sinha and Huma together fighting against those who shame and slander the body.


Filming took place in the UK in November this year and has now wrapped after a one month schedule. It is funded by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl, Ashwin Varde, Saqib Saleem, Huma Qureshi, Mudassar Aziz. under the banner of Wakaoo Films with the collaboration of T-Series.

Cinematography is handled by Milind Jog, and the screenplay is written by Mudassar Aziz and Sasha Singh. Mudassar also wrote the dialogue for the film along with the story.


It stars Sonakshi and Huma in the main title role, other actors include Zaheer Iqbal and Tamil-Telugu actor Mahat Raghavendra, it will be Mahat's debut Hindi film.


On the work front, Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in Ajay Devgn's Bhuj: The Pride of India, which premiered on the Disney+Hotstar OTT service.


She will next be seen as the actress in Marathi director Aditya Sarpotdar's horror comedy Kakuda, which will be Aditya's first Bollywood film as a director. Filming started in July this year and it is set to be released digitally in 2022.


Furthermore, Huma Qureshi garnered critical acclaim from the Maharani web series and also starred alongside Akshay in the bottom of the hood this year. She has two more movies on the way, the action thriller Valimai, starring well-known southern actor Ajith, and the Netflix movie Monica, O My Darling.


The filmmakers posted the film's announcement video on social media platforms in December 2021, where they confirmed that the film's shooting had wrapped and is now all set to hit theaters from November 4, 2022, in addition to giving the social message. It will be full of drama and humor.
