In this film, Darren Wilson focuses his attention on the most famous person in history, Jesus Christ. Guided by a series of dreams, encounters, and divine timing, he travels through the nations seeking to reveal a Jesus who is not bound by rituals or religious dogma, but is real, alive, and active in today's world. “The God Man” sees Wilson once again traveling the world in an attempt to capture God moving on film. “With 'The God Man,' I set out to try to make a Jesus film for a new generation,” Wilson said. “The world is getting darker and more divided, depression is skyrocketing, and for many people life just doesn't make sense. But Jesus has always been the answer. And with this film I wanted to try to show that Jesus is not a church, He is not a religion. But He is the answer to everything.
