Buried Hearts 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

In episode 5 of Buried Hearts, we get a glimpse into Dongju’s past before he was the Daesan man. Dongju returns to the chairman’s house and is then taken to the hospital for an evaluation. This episode might have been the most fast-paced and entertaining of all the ones that have come out so far. In it, the big question posed to us as an audience is, “Has Dongju really lost his memory?” If he’s faking it, he’s faking it very well, because after watching the last part of the episode, it’s almost impossible to believe that someone would put themselves through that just to pretend they don’t remember anything.

Episode 5 of Buried Hearts starts right where episode 4 left off, with Dongju showing up at the store where his suit was made. Even with the initials on the suit, the employee can’t tell him who it belongs to, even if he’s the owner himself. This is when Eunnam shows up at the store and interferes. When she calls Dongju by his name, he seems to be confused.

Stars: Park Hyung-sik, Huh Joon-ho, Lee Hae-young

When Hui-Cheol grabs him by the collar, he becomes even more confused and pushes him to the ground. Even with no memories, he can't help but hurt the boy, who receives a scar under his eyebrow on his birthday. Now that Dongju has been found, will he remember everything? Or are those 2 billion won gone forever?

Eunnam gives Dongju a brief introduction and her phone so he can contact him and bring him to the chairman. He reluctantly takes it and they part ways. On the other hand, Guho tells Yeom that they have seen Dongju and that Hui-Cheol himself has met him. This excites Yeom and whets his appetite. On the other hand, at Daesan Hospital, the chairman learns that his brain is deteriorating and his condition is quite bad.

Dr. Kang gives her honest opinion and puts her in charge, not her son-in-law Dosu, who tries to bubble wrap him with the news. It seems the Chairman has forgotten that it is his grandson-in-law's birthday, because Dosu takes him out for some "guk-bap" to make him feel better before he heads back home. Dongju is eating at the same place, but he doesn't remember that he used to be a regular customer there. It is the owner of the restaurant who tells the Chairman that Dongju was just there and thought the Chairman had fired him; that is why he has left the way he has.

The Chairman runs after Dongju, even in his state, and doesn't stop until he finds him. At the same time, Guho has one of his men ready to sedate Dongju, but the Chairman gets in the way. Dongju almost twists the Chairman's arm, thinking he is there to attack him, meaning he has his instincts intact; it is only his memories that are lost. Instead of talking to the Chairman, Dongju runs off, leaving the old man and Guho stunned. But Yeom doesn't believe the act of memory loss; how could he? His 2 billion won is waiting for him.

Meanwhile, we learn that Eunnam had attempted suicide in the past because she remembered hearing her mother whisper to Secretary Gong that Ildo was responsible for her father’s death. I don’t think this is true, but Eunnam is adamant, while her mother keeps her at a distance almost because she is fragile and will change her mind at any moment. Eunnam reminds her that their marriage is one of convenience and that she will never forget Dongju.

On the other hand, Dongju remembers the night he saved Ildo from drowning. It seems that he has a faint memory of Ildo harming him because, just as he was about to pull him out of the water, Dongju caught a glimpse of who could have shot him. Eunnam then invites Dongju over and finally meets the whole family again. She apologizes for running away from the chairman; I guess it was too overwhelming.

Dongju tells the family that the only thing he remembered after waking up was that his name was Seong Hyeon, so he stuck with it. When Secretary Gong hears this, she is a little shocked and drops the 5-tier cake that was made for Hui-Cheol’s birthday (oops!). Later, when Eunnam’s mother visits Secretary Gong, she tells her that the boy named Seong Hyeon is dead and that she has nothing to worry about. Maybe Seong Hyeon was her own son. We know that the President is a womanizer. I wonder if there was another child born out of wedlock, and that is Dongju.

While Yeom is desperate to get the password to the National Patriotism Fund, Ildo and the President argue about how they will have to blow up the entire house if they don’t find the passcode for the biggest safe, which at this point only Dongju knows. The President calls for checkups with Dr. Kang for Dongju, but Yeom visits him early in the morning without warning. He still thinks Dongju is faking it. According to Yeom, Dongju might be faking it because he has some unresolved trauma from before the accident. It almost seems like Dr. Kang is on the lookout for him.

The Acolyte 2024 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

There are three main types of Star Wars stories. There's the kind where you write whatever you want and call it Star Wars, common in the many novels published in the 1990s. There's the kind where you recycle existing Star Wars stories and make them familiar; this has been the primary way of doing things at Disney. But finally, there are the stories that enthusiastically use Star Wars as a setting to create something new. There have been several novels that fit that profile, as did the first season of Andor, and now, four episodes in, it looks like the new Star Wars series The Acolyte, set a century before the movies, also fits the bill. in that category. . The Acolyte centers on a pair of twins, Osha and Mae (both played by Amandla Stenberg). The girls were raised by an unaffiliated coven of Force users, but despite living outside the Republic, the Jedi, including Carrie-Ann Moss's Indara, stuck their noses into these women's affairs, leading to the disaster. As a resu...

Zero Day 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

Angela Bassett, Joan Allen, Connie Britton, Jesse Plemons, and Lizzy Caplan co-star in a series about politicians trying to find answers after a deadly cyberattack. During a break in the second half of Netflix’s six-part political thriller Zero Day (and there are more breaks than there should be), I began to contemplate how much more efficiently the show’s central crisis could be resolved with the help of Owen Hendricks, the protagonist of Netflix’s The Recruit, or Peter Sutherland, the protagonist of Netflix’s The Night Agent. Creators: Eric Newman, Noah Oppenheim, Michael Schmidt Stars: Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons, Lizzy Caplan The last few Netflix political thrillers have largely become fungible due to the streaming platform’s compact release schedule. The Diplomat is the best of this bunch, so I’ll leave it out of the conversation. The Recruit is a silly show, but it dives into its absurdities with a reckless, fast-paced abandon that I appreciate. The Night Agent takes itsel...

Cassandra 2025 Tv Series Review Trailer Poster

The science fiction genre is a testament to man’s obsession with robots. The idea of creating an entity that would take care of mundane or even complex tasks has always been an exciting prospect, and it’s almost instinctive to imagine advancements in robotics whenever we talk about the future. With Tesla’s Optimus breaking the internet recently, having a home robot may no longer be a far-fetched dream. The German Netflix series Cassandra revolves around a robot that was created to be a house companion in the early 70s but has since been abandoned. When a family moved into the smart home, the system was suddenly activated and soon trouble began. The story of the rogue robot is not a new one; it usually starts with a bug in programming or an advancement in technology that makes robots realize they can defeat humans to take over their world. But Cassandra is not your typical story of a robot going rogue; it’s much more detailed than that. And while dramatically the details and back...
