 Netflix has released the trailer for the Saudi movie 'Alkhallat+'. The film has been directed by Fahad Alammari and produced by Telfaz11 studios, the same production company behind the original series. This film pays homage to the highly successful digital series AlKhallat. Things has amassed over 1.5 billion views in its 22-episode run across different platforms.


Netflix's success in collecting and promoting Korean webtoon adaptations is just one example of how the company makes the most of content from unforeseen regions. Netflix has opted to release Alkhallat+, a Saudi Arabian satirical comedy thriller that follows an anthology of stories centering on various characters in various settings.

Telfaz11, a prolific Saudi Arabian production company that has had huge success with films like Blue Spirit, Raven Song and Khambalah: Stereotype since its inception in 2011, is collaborating with Netflix on the current project. The film is based on his hit show Alkhallat which consists of 22 episodes and initially aired in 2017 and has amassed over 1.5 billion views across multiple streaming platforms.
